About Jen
Therapy that fits you, not the other way around.
Jen McGregor is an Occupational Therapist practicing Psychotherapy in Owen Sound. She has experience supporting adults and youth — neurotypical and neurodivergent — through a wide range of mental health challenges.
Jen takes a client-centred approach, drawing from somatic therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build individualized plans that reflect each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Her work emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
Sessions are available in person in Owen Sound, as well as virtually across Ontario.

How I Work
Thoughtful, tailored support
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT helps identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck, and builds practical tools for lasting change. Jen holds a CBT certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic approaches recognize the mind–body connection, helping you tune into physical sensations as a gateway to understanding and processing your emotional experience.
Neuro-affirmative & Trauma-informed
Jen's practice is grounded in respect for neurological diversity and an understanding of how trauma shapes experience — providing care that meets you where you are.
